Terms and Conditions of Using the Minneapolis District Dental Society Membership Directory

The Minneapolis District Dental Society (MDDS) membership directory is compiled and published here by the MDDS. It is a resource for the public to access professional information about individual dentists in the Minneapolis District. Use of the membership directory is subject to the Terms and Conditions of Use for the MDDS Website and also the following: The general public may use the MDDS membership directory to allow quick access to information about MDDS member dentists. However, this directory is not a referral service. For more information about MDDS member dentists, please contact the MDDS district office either by e-mail or by telephone at the addresses listed below. Neither this directory nor the MDDS is able to provide you with information about any specific procedures (such as air abrasion, laser treatments, tooth bleaching, etc.) that dentists may offer in their dental practices. The MDDS also is not dentistry's regulatory agency so we do not maintain records concerning any disciplinary actions. If you would like more information about a particular MDDS member dentist, please contact the dentist's office and ask for information about the dentist and his/her dental office. Third parties, including but not limited to insurance companies, hospitals, healthcare entities and/or managed care organizations, should not use this directory to verify information or credentials of dentists. The information in the membership directory is not sufficient to meet the standards of regulatory or licensing agencies or credentialing bodies, such as the Joint Commission on Accreditation of Healthcare Organizations (JCAHO), the National Committee for Quality Assurance (NCQA) or others. This directory and/or any of its individual information may not be downloaded, republished, resold or duplicated, in whole or in part, for any purposes whatsoever, including to compile mailing lists or any other lists that include dentists.
